We have updated our previous token system to double the playtime under the same price; players can now expect between 7-14 hours of gameplay.
Our team worked to prolong gameplay thanks to our players' feedback, and we trust you to continue communicating with us following this exciting extension to your adventures alongside the catgirl and witch!
We have also updated our witch's demystification of tokens in the graphics below to reflect these exciting changes. The token-buying process is still the same, but our advanced players are welcome to use their personal OpenAI API keys to support their gameplay instead of tokens.
But this isn't the end! We'll continue to optimize the token system and find ways to make the game accessible to more players. Stay tuned for that and more exciting game updates fueled by our yandere passion by way of your support.

can this run on local language models?
Hiii, fellow catgirl enthusiast! 😻🔪 With our latest update, players can choose between our default token system or plugging in their personal OpenAI and Azure API keys. We might consider more alternatives in the future!

Hey Ash! 🐉 We'll share more info about the Steam version closer to its launch. As for redeeming your tokens: You need to use the game key generated as part of your itch.io purchase. There are two ways to retrieve your game/download key:
A. Go to ich.io and select the down arrow key next to your profile -> My Library -> Download under the AI2U game title -> scroll down and click Claim your download key.
B. If you can't find it in your Download page, try visiting this itch.io support page and enter your email in Recover purchases by email.

when i press submit on the "enter redeem code" page, despite having the download code entered correctly, the button simply greys out and doesn't register.

Helium City Cartoons started in August 11th 2022, but episode 14 of the old Party of Objects wasn't released, I wasn't happy with my animation, votes for the elimination were down, animations were rusty, so I removed all my videos and decided to start again, the new Party of Objects releases on August 11th 2022 when Helium City Cartoons turns 2 years old
quick thing- if we have openai plus, then can you add the option in future versions to disable tokens and use openai keys?
or if the devs still need to pay for tts then lower the tokens? that will make it easier of most of us.
AI2U actually has the option to use local TTS in order to reduce token consumption! It affects the voice quality of the AI, otherwise it's quite playable 💖🔪
Hi cool man for sure 😎 Great question! If you're interested in using your own OpenAI API keys, then we recommend checking out the demo that started it all—the original Yandere AI Girlfriend Simulator!
We actually removed the API requirement in AI2U based on previous players' feedback from the demo, but we're learning a lot of AI-savvy players would like it back. We'll see if it's something we can consider reintroducing!
Two question: When the starting tokens are gone do I need to purchase more even after the initial purchase?

Hi nana! With our current setup and May patch, players should get more than 4 to 8 hours of gameplay. If you run out and wish to continue playing, you can repurchase tokens for another $9.99 (USD).
